The Elite Robots CW (Collaborative Welder) Series is a flexible, compact and modular welding solution that combines Elite Robots proprietary hardware and software with welding equipment from first-class manufacturers. Easy to install and fast to deploy and redeploy, it suits everything from large-scale to high-mix low-volume (HMLV) production.
- Optional Welding Copilot – hand-guided tool to plan the weld trajectory in any direction (x-y-z)
- Modular design – interchangeable welding machine and torch; supports multi-station configurations
- User-friendly – embedded welding application wizard; supports additional expansion
- Interchangeable welding hardware – 350A/500A machines; air- or water-cooled torches
- Touch-sensing – automatic adjustment of the weld trajectory
- Easy multi-layer configuration – automatically generates each subsequent bead from the first step’s offset
- 4 weaving modes – C-weave, elliptical weave, Z-weave and T-weave
